Sport Dietitian

Cristina Sutter, MHSc., RD

Cristina Sutter is a Sport Dietitian with over 18 years experience working with athletes, including the Vancouver Canucks, Canadian Olympic athletes, Swimming Canada, Canadian Alpine Ski Team and all levels of recreational athletes. She also worked with the Canadian Sport Institute Pacific and taught the fourth-year sport nutrition course at the University of British Columbia, Simon Fraser University and Langara College. Cristina loves sports and has competed in rowing, swimming, marathons and inline speed skating. She will guide you with a simple plan that delivers great results.

Sports Dietitian

Kara Marshall, MSc., RD

Kara Marshall has been practicing as a Sport Dietitian for over 8 years. In addition to practical experience, she has also completed the International Olympic Committee's Diploma in Sports Nutrition as well as a Master of Science in Applied Nutrition with a concentration in Fitness and Health. She has significant experience providing evidence-based nutrition advice and has counseled and presented to a wide variety of clients. Kara is the current consulting dietitian for SFU Sports Medicine. She has professional affiliations with Dietitians of Canada, the Collegiate and Professional Sports Dietitians Association, and Professionals in Nutrition and Exercise Science.
